We are glad that you’ve chosen to make Concord Hall your home! We’re a neighborhood of
175 houses in Johns Creek, Georgia. This is a lease restricted neighborhood. We are
governed by two mandatory homeowner associations. Concord Hall Owners’ Association
(CHOA) oversees the architectural covenants, as well as maintaining common area grounds.
Caney Creek Recreation Association (CCRA) oversees the shared pool, tennis/pickleball,
