If you are making external changes to your house like changing your house color, please submit the Architectural Modification Approval form to the architectural committee as soon as possible. If you notice any neighborhood property damage or have a covenant violation to report that the Architectural committee needs to address, please email concordhallarch@yahoo.com so that the Architectural committee may address your concern.
